Debbie launched her career in 1990 within what has since become the Omnicom Health Group. With fearless determination, curiosity, and a hunger for constant evolution, Debbie led the formation of the SSCG Media Group in 2008 and has since grown the organization into the industry’s leading global healthcare media agency network whose focus is on Building Human Connections™. Debbie has always led from her heart and not just from her head. With enthusiasm, compassion, and a clear human focus, she is committed to quality, authenticity, and staying true to SSCG’s DNA, which has helped her build and fortify such an enduring media agency. Debbie takes great care to ensure that the agency’s core values of Substance, Style, Conviction, and Grace (SSCG) continue to be the guiding tenets for all employees—since, after all, we are only as good as our people. (And our people are absolutely outstanding!)When not thinking up what’s next for SSCG, Debbie finds absolute joy in spending quality time with her hilarious daughter, creative husband, and irresistible goldendoodle, Buddy.

For over 25 years Juliet has been at the forefront of healthcare media, and she’s been doing it at SSCG the entire time. She prides herself on staying ahead of media trends, as well as using ever-evolving data and technology to work smarter with her team and her client partners. Juliet is also an avid photographer (make sure you ask about her newest toy, a mirrorless camera!), a persistent golfer and die-hard NY Mets fan.

Roshen Mathew has over 20 years of experience in technology and advertising. He began his career at Yahoo and then transitioned to advertising at Omnicom in its precision marketing group where he oversaw digital assignments for P&G brands. He spent ten years at RAPP, reaching the level of SVP, Group Planning Director of its Merck DTC portfolio and non-healthcare brands ranging from HP to COTY. He then joined AT&T as AVP of Digital Media & Emerging Technology for several years, adding consumer and B2B media, experiential marketing to his skillset. Roshen returned to Omnicom as Chief Experience Officer for TBWA\WorldHealth for over two years, leading the development of the agency’s experience strategy and UX teams. He is currently the Chief Innovation Officer for OHG’s SSCG Media Group.
Roshen holds a BS in Information Systems from UT at Arlington and an MBA from SMU.

Boasting an impressive 25+ years in healthcare and media (over 9 of which have been at SSCG Media Group), Gwen is dedicated to innovating, collaborating, and thinking outside of the box for her clients. Internally, her team is like her family (at times they spend more time together than with their actual families), so it’s important to her to foster professional growth among her teammates, and work together to solve her clients’ needs, as well as their problems.

With over half of her 20-year healthcare career spent at SSCG Media, Trish has become a master-of-all-trades, having worked in media, account services, and traffic management, on both the client and agency sides. Trish believes that being actively present is the key to effective communication and is equal parts attentive listener and problem-solver for her peers and clients. Always happy to provide a helping hand, Trish is a member of several industry advisory boards and is committed to making smart decisions that benefit both her clients’ business and her internal teams. Trish’s favorite escape destination is her cabin in upstate New York, where she spends time by the river with family and friends, enjoying laughs and quality time over an abundance of good food and great wine.

With 18+ years in healthcare media, and 12+ years at SSCG, Sara brings a variety of expertise and experience to everything she does. In 2008, she was nominated as a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star and is currently an executive sponsor of the SSCG Innovation Task Force. As the first full-time employee in Princeton, Sara has led and built the team into what the SSCG Media Princeton agency is today. Her approach to employees, clients, and partners is grounded in collaboration. “We can only go further, together,” she says.

Mike Palencia

Mike joined SSCG Media Group in 2018, bringing along over 28 years of experience in crafting strategic media campaigns (for both HCP and DTC audiences). Having previously run the media department for TBWA\WorldHealth, Mike now manages our growing SSCG California office. Mike is passionate about helping his clients navigate the increasingly complex media ecosystem, and utilizes his wide expanse of industry knowledge and relationships to deliver optimal, data-driven media plans. Originally from Chicago, Mike remains a die-hard Cubs fan and, when free time allows, he enjoys taking his dog Gus on meetups with the Aussies of SoCal.

Amy is dedicated to driving results with our client’s media investments and is passionate about developing customized measurement solutions and fostering analytics talent.
With over 12 years of experience in media analytics, Amy understands that a cohesive and comprehensive data strategy is forged from strong partnerships across clients, agencies, and publishers. Healthcare data and analytics is vast and ever-changing. Amy faces that challenge by providing continuous innovation and optimization to healthcare media.
A 2023 MM+M 40 Under 40 honoree, Amy is a thought leader in the industry, having served as a panelist for the Association of Medical Media. In her spare time, she is a dedicated foodie and entertainment junkie. When not sampling new cuisines, she can be found at the movies or enjoying live concerts.

With an impressive background of 10+ years as a research and marketing analyst with The Nielsen Company, Sandra joined SSCG Media Group in 2010, and built the research discipline across the SSCG Network. She’s the mastermind behind SSCG’s custom research offering MAP MD™, and is responsible for survey development, execution, data analysis and strategic insights. Sandra is also responsible for analyzing syndicated market research on HCP and patient media consumption patterns, providing the narrative behind observed trends. Sandra also helped architect the development of Channel Dx™, a first-in-market HCP planning tool, to help deliver clients with the optimal media mix and budget allocation based on media objectives. A native of Brooklyn, she now lives in Staten Island with her husband and three daughters.

Jordan Sells

With over a decade of media experience spanning both the publisher and agency side, Jordan is an advocate of brand safety and understands the nuances of navigating the continually evolving MarTech landscape. Jordan drives quality assurance in media delivery for SSCG’s clients through his thought leadership and deep technical expertise. As the role of ad operations evolves, Jordan leads with efficiency and grace, steering the conversation with clients and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. With 10 years of pharma experience (10 in HCP, 9 in DTP, and 7 in OTC), Jordan has worked across a very wide range of clients and therapeutic specialties. Outside the world of Ad Tech, Jordan is also a self-described bookworm, vinyl record collector, cinephile, home cook and dog dad.
